I’ve discovered the importance of Yoga. It enhances form, core, posture, strength, stability, flexibility and durability. Real Yoga is also extremely hard. No excuses; just do it.

Amazing season even though Manchester City won. i though Manchester United should have won….I hate City because they literally bought the league. No worries, Arsenal rebuilding is almost done.

Hey mum and dad, just want to let you know that I’ll be moving to England to play professional soccer. Don’t worry I’ll be making over $200K a week and I shall buy Lamborghinis for you all.

Piers Morgan is awesome. I shall watch his show on CNN. Possibly, the best journalist ever?

Workout Diary
The Workout
I have been doing the P90x/Insanity Asylum Hybrid. To my surprise, I am currently halfway through phase 3 of the program. I’ve customize the workout to have 4 phases over 120 days. The reason I have created the hybrid is because P90X currently has the best overall strength DVD workout in the market while Insanity is more cardio-focused. Therefore, I’m trying to combined the best of both worlds. More recently, I have incorporated Sand Dunes and Stairs in my routine. Although I am enjoying the challenge and results, I think I am on the verge of over-training. I’ve burnt out before doing too much intense workouts and I do not want that happening again. Overall, I’m feeling stronger and faster everyday. I’m proud of my accomplishment thus far; however, there is still a long way to go. After this workout, I have a customized a sequel(P90X2/ Asylum) ready. Gotta keep improving.
The Diet
I’ve been on a pretty strict diet lately. I try to eat very healthy throughout the week then eat whatever I want during the weekends. Seriously, my food of choice has been egg white, turkey bacon and lettuce everyday. I also take protein and amino acid supplements to help me recover and build muscle. This part is one of the most crucial, so I must be very disciplined.
Overall, I think I’m on the path to becoming a beast. Results come with hard work.
